Payroll, PAYE and NSSF

Brim's payroll knows Ugandan rules, so you are not maintaining tax brackets in a spreadsheet.

What's built in

  • PAYE computed from the current URA bands.
  • NSSF employee and employer contributions.
  • Local Service Tax and any custom allowances or deductions you define.

How a pay run works

  1. Confirm the salary register for the month: who is paid, and how much.
  2. Brim computes gross, deductions and net for each staff member.
  3. Review the run, then approve it. A payslip is generated for each person.

Because payroll sits in the same books as the rest of finance, salaries post to your accounts automatically. There is no separate ledger to reconcile.
